The Permanent Representative of Colombia to the United Nations (Spanish: Representante Permanente de Colombia ante las Naciones Unidas) is the Chief of Mission of the delegation of Colombia, and highest permanent representative of the Government of Colombia to the United Nations. The position is formally known as "Ambassador Extraordinary and Plenipotentiary Permanent Representative of Colombia to the United Nations".

The Colombian Permanent Representative, currently Néstor Osorio Londoño, is charged with representing the interests of Colombia during all plenary meetings of the General Assembly except in the rare situation in which a more senior officer (such as the Colombian Chancellor or the President of Colombia) is present. Like all Ambassadors from Colombia, he or she is directly appointed by the President and operate under the mandate of the Colombian Ministry of Foreign Affairs.

In accordance with the Colombian presidential Decree 0087 of 1994,[1] and Decree 2028 of 2004[2] the monthly salary for the Colombian Permanent Representative is of USD$10,000.00, one of the highest paid posts in Colombian politics.
